About the vinyasa classes
Adam’s creatively sequenced classes feature long holds, controlled yet dynamic movements, intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and a focus on integrity, over depth, in postures. They’re also dogma free! Each week Adam builds a new sequence with a particular anatomical theme, so prepare to be kept on your toes and you explore mobility, flexibility and strength. Every asana and variation has a rationale in the the context of each sequence, so feel free to ask Adam ‘why?’
Adam seeks to remind all that an asana practice is a very subjective experience, and whether you are a yoga teacher or a yoga newbie, prepare to work hard as they’ll be plenty of options to challenge all.
ABOUT THE TEACHERS PRACTICES
These 90min flows will offer more challenge, more nuanced instructions and a more technical intro with Q&A at the end. Of course, non teachers can join too.
There will happen each month though we are trialling the best time/day.
